Here, spinning your tires is reckless driving, even taking off fast, or barking second.
If you take off fast, spinning tires, and bark second, that is one offense.
i was pulled over some time ago for "exhibition of acceleration". I lit up the tires in first and second gear going on the the hwy from an on-ramp. Cop see's me pulls me over. Simple i thought, i admitted to it and gave him no b.s. Just sat there quietly until he returned so i can sign my ticket and be on my way. He comes back to give me a 2 tickets. He said he's citing me for "exhibition of acceleration" in first gear, and then a seperate for second gear. i was like wtf? (to myself) i just signed it and set it for court, but that was over a year ago, and my court date is coming up in about 2 weeks.
do u think i can get off on this one, or maybe have one of them dropped??
You can get two tickets the officer is right even know he is a dick. I know some kid that got two speeding tickets in one block, he was speeding then slowed down then sped up hence the second ticket, You shifted gears hence the second ticket.
