Buying Modified Car
To what extent of modifications, would you buy a car?
Usual bolt ons not included.
Head job only?
Fully stroked, s/c'ed, turbo'd?

EDIT:NO PUN IS INTENDED!

Re: Buying Modified Car
depends on what type of car it was. I'd prefer to buy a stock car over a modified one unless it was done at a reputable shop.

Re: Buying Modified Car
Well, my point would be that a top-end built car would not increase maintenance too much, or reliability.
But, a fully modified car, c'mon, the person is going to use it.
So, would it be worth buying, or buy unmodded, and mod?

Re: Buying Modified Car
If I can get a full stroke for the price of a head job, I'd be in!

Re: Buying Modified Car
It would really depend on the type of mods and who did it.
Now if smokin put his GTS up for sale...sure..I would consider it.
Would I buy a car from some no name tuner? NO WAY.
