I lowered it using the Brabus suspension, makes the car look 100x better. I have 18" Brabus Monoblock V.

How does the Brabus suspension ride compared to stock? Do you think the car NEEDS to be lowered if I get 19" Brabus monoblock VI's? or 18"? Does it ride as nice as stock?

IMO, the Brabus suspension rides just as good as the stock suspension with the better look. I paid $600 used for shocks & springs. I would say that all the CLK's should come lowered to the Brabus specs. If you get 18" or 19", lowering the car makes it looks badass! Check out pics of cars lowered vs. not lowered, the difference is very clear.....you gotta do it!

I was worried that the 19" wheels would ruin the ride on the CLK, then adding the brabus suspension would make it worse. Maybe ill get the 18" Brabus monoblock VI's and the brabus suspension then.

Yeah. If I had to go back, the VI's would be my choice. I bought these already chromed from a guy in FL for $1800 (wheels & tires) so I had to pull the trigger. These are $600 per wheel with $1k in tires. They were in great condition and I would never be able to live with myself if I bought the fake ones (even though noone close could tell).

The VI's with the Brabus suspension would look freakin' sweet as shit.
