Well, my internet is down, so I;m stuck on this dialup POS.

Couple of things - danasoft is a company I used to own (but the buyers never took possession of the domain) and up until a month or so ago was only used to host my signature. At last count the signature was being seen 1,720,000+ times a day! So, I put up a website and actually sell the signature code.

The "Banned By Trillian" post is linked off the danasoft page; which is where most of the referrer traffic comes from. The post also gets linked off alot of other sites for people reading about what happened when I got banned from that forum for using my signature. Trillian is an IM client which integrates AOL, MSN, Yahoo, ICQ, etc into one non-advertising interface.

I put the link up from danasoft to viperalley simply as a way to try and bring in some outside traffic.

What does the code trigger off of? Are IP addresses assigned geographically?

Yep, I found a database (rather large) of ip addresses and their assigned country codes. So, I query the database to find the locations. I think the database is pretty up-to-date, but there are IPs that dont appear in the list (no flags).
