As someone who is not biased in anything other than the preference of a viper in the driveway, I have spent about 60 minutes going thru the thread here and reading comments. It is after studing comments and attempting to understand context the following evaluation can be made.
The both of you are out of line. So far over the line, you both would be at risk be fired from any position in a major company. I would like to say that Craig's tracing of the comments show the deep rooted hatred in both of you.
This board doesn't need a racist. There are enough of them in the world. Some here don't know what it means to be victim of this, others do. Since I have a unique position, I can see it almost every day.
Does Smokin go over the line? Yes, at time he will, and it has had merit at time(I am refering to thread hurricaine photos). There are times that he has offended me personnally, and at the same time made me think from a different perspective. There are times I wish to exstract my pound of flesh from him.

Technically, Reesto is right. There are ethnic groups that are routinely made fun of here. But there are some differences. As far as I am concerned, we are at war with Islamic culture, and I consider it appropriate to hate the enemy, so I'm not including anti-Islam in these comments. (Hey Matt--we aren't at war with Korea, Vietnam, or Japan right now). But, as an example, while some Mexican jokes are made in good humor, but there have been Mexican jokes which were de facto racist. Everyone should refrain from making racist jokes, but when such jokes are made people should respond with maturity. Trey treads the line well, calling people on racism, but not flipping out when it occurs, and ignoring stuff made in good humor without bad intent. We should follow his example.
Big difference between poking fun at someone's economic, social status and educational background and ethnicity. I would think you can tell the difference. the crib is a 2500 sq 2 story fishing house on a lake with no fish bigger than 3 inches, lol, i do have a bunch of turtles and bloody carpet snakes out there though and its very private, ive posted a pic of my car before that showed the front of the crib and i posted a dark pic throwing a morter into the lake under my dock for the funny picture thread. the boat is a pontoon boat thats shitty but works great for fishing for the turtles and fucking around, i sold my jetskis.
nos you were right, i dont make 18k every month but there are always a few months when i go over, some where im right under and 1 or 2 that suck. when my payplan was set up our pvr was much lower, ive managed to get that up quite a bit and my pay plan percentages have stayed the same as they were when the net was alot less.

I missed the comment on the amount. With contacts at 1500 car dealerships in the Northeast alone, I know of not one dealer F and I Manager that pulled that much. The only way it could happen was if the dealership was family owned, and the managers were all children of owner.

i get 8% of my departments net. so a good month is 230k a bad one is 180k average 320 cars. if any of you here know a dealer ask what % should be payroll. they will tell you 19-21. there are 3 people under me that make 3.5-4.5% each. when my payplan was aggreed on a good month for the dept was 140-150k, they didnt plan on paying me what i make i know but whn i increased the net by 50k on the average they arent gonna take my extra couple grand. not that i need to post that stuff but there it is.
