An federal judge in Oklahoma says that the national do-not-call list that was supposed to slow telemarketing calls starting Oct. 1 cannot go into effect.

The registry contained more than 50 million phone numbers, the Federal Trade Commission said earlier this month

I like getting the calls, it allows me someone to yell at and be an all out asshole to. it's like a public service.

Too bad there's such big loopholes, like for charities, politicians, and those corps you already have a relationship with. Friggin Time Warner Cable calls monthly about Road Runner service, which I friggin had canceled, gotta remember to tell them and each individual such group to stop calling me, whatta pain in the ass.
