A cops perspective...

I took a cop friend of mine for a ride last night. nothing better than an open highway and a get out of jail free card sitting in the passenger seat [img]/images/graemlins/supergrin.gif[/img] Did a couple of 0-150 runs in town, then hit the highway for a couple of 30MPH rolling starts. He was amazed, to say the least. He said he's never felt power like it before, and was literally giggling the whole time. He also said "If I ever see one of these things speeding, I won't even bother trying. It'd be embarrasing." I'll never get sick of it [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

That is a cool story and I am sure your friend is great with you.

The problem is I am sure Ava Broun(sp) thought Hitler was a nice guy to.
I Have cop friends to, but part of the fun of having a cop for a friend is to listen to the stories of how the "fucked" with someone. Right or wrong cops are people but generaly uneducated and Nepolianic in one respect or another.

(Not an attack on you in any way greg just an observation on my part)

Exactly the way I feel. The ones I know are great when they're with us but I wouldn't bet they're much different then the assholes that harass us.

When they get on the local boards and reply to somebody who got a worthless ticket they always say something like "I would have never given the ticket but the cop that did was fully within the law." Dumbfucks. We already know that. Instead I'd rather hear them say "Who was the officer? I'll contact him and tell him to lighten up."

They need some leadership from within.
