I had this restaurant friend of mine make a batch of Chocolate Charlotte just for me... that was during the hey days.
Chocolate mousse with dark chocolate between layers of Boudoirs (some French kind of lady finger biscuits) that have been lightly dipped in water+rum+cane sugar.
Boudoir+1 inch mouse+boudoir+1 inch mouse+boudoir.
Let sit in fridge overnight.
It's somewhat similar to tiramisu, but tastes like rum and chocolate, instead of creamy and coffee.
I can eat the amount equal to a construction red brick, in one sitting. I did.
