The one with them pulling the pickup out of the mud reminds me of the scene in the early Kevin Costner movie "Fandango" where they ran out of gas and hooked the guardrail cable to the front end of the Cadillac and tried to lasso the moving train.
That and the parachute diving school in that movie were classic.
