The "Easy as one-two" is a pretty cool phrase for this, I'd suggest including a "TM" next to that as well and consider registering the trademark (not as important as Petsy though).
Have you had any luck getting it into Petco or Petsmart yet? What about the regional players like Pet Supermarket or Pet Land? Have you had good success at the Backer show or Atlantic City? I haven't spotted your ad yet in Pet Product News. How do you plan on getting the word out on your product- this forum wouldn't even buy enough for a good lunch :thumb:

Slaughterj- thanks for the advice. Price should be on it tonight (price is on the paypal site) The Petsy name is trademarked. Gotta check into TMing the phrase. You are a patent lawyer right? We are going to have about 5+ new items that will need a patent in the close future, maybe you can help us when the time comes.
lawrenzo- you in the pet industry? (would figure so since you mentioned pet product news) We are dealing with petco and others as I type, what a pain in the ass they are. We a doing a show in south beach in Oct, we are a main sponsor. So Florida guys should see some of our TV adds in a few weeks.
Just started a marketing and production company so ive been doing like 500 things a day, in addition to the brush. God I can’t wait until this is finished.
