Actually my boss is a friend. I've known him for over 10 years. It is out of his hands I suspect. He may be gone soon. I don't see mot's wisdom as our team has been probably one of the only ones that can get a design out and it works right on the P1 build. Most teams need several turns before they can even make a phone call....We get kudos from many of the other folks on how quick we can perform either in getting results and our dedication to the task.
If anyone ever wanted to fund a mobile phone reference design team, I know where to get the staff....
