I could see suing for a little bit, but 3 mil? No they should not have been looking through the phone but I dont think the case is worth that much $$$. As far as moving to a new location I'm willing to bet it's because they were considered "wholesome" people in their local place but now the pics are out and so is the truth...
This is almost as bad as that lady that spilled coffee on herself and won the case against them years ago.

I would imagine Mc Donalds has lawyers on retainers that handle this junk everyday. Then even if they did win the judge can and will reduce the judgement to what he/she sees fit. Still BS though. I hate sue happy people.
