The only good thing that is coming out of our economy crash is the fact that the auto makers are having to make crazy deals. And the dealers are not being able to charge stupid prices on the new models.
That being said, I am looking forward to what one of these can be had for. Cant decide whether it needs to be black or silver Auto for me, as it will be a daily driver
I like everything about these cars, even the interior is a work of art.
They should be out anyday now. They have been tested in all the magazines. I was not going to even consider one for atleast a year, there was no way I was going to pay the premium they would be fetching. But now, the mark ups are going to be slim.
Can you imagine how many cars this thing will walk off and leave on the street.
I'm considering one, the previous V was fun as hell. Having been in the regular new CTS, I was already impressed with the car, and the interior if anything is better then BMW, Audi etc. The new V should fucking rock. But I agree, waiting to see what happens with markups, dealers pry still be greedy in this market, but then I wonder how many people will go forward with their orders. And blows competitors away in looks, even the regular CTS looks aggressive.
Totally agree. Sick car. Dealers are readying to see how badly they can rape willing enthusiasts. Only thing to make it better would be all wheel drive.
The only thing about Cadillacs is they take a very hard dump as soon as you drive them off the lot. Although all cars do, a Caddy seems to just tank. So the best way to get one is either lease it, or get one that is 6mths to 1 year old. You will save alot of money.
I will probably lease, I cant imagine how difficult it would be trade in one of those. Especially the way things are now. There is not going to be too much of a market for a 550hp 4 door that stickered at $60k
"In an effort to duplicate the sensation of tromping on the accelerator of the new Cadillac CTS-V, you could set your hair on fire and throw yourself from the roof of a 20-story building. Yep, it's that exhilarating."
