Tonight's debate

I wasn't that impressed with McCain. I was really hoping he would really step it up and he didn't. Obama never impresses me, but all of the dumb shits watching the debate seem to fall for it. I was truly shocked that we didn't get in to some of the nitty gritty of all that has been said over the past week.

You mean you want them to talk about something beyond the superficial? You must be crazy. Nobody wants to hear that crap. They want to hear about change!!

Whenever they asked tough questions like, "What would you cut from the budget?" Neither one would answer strait. I do feel their pain though, because whatever they say would lose them votes. I just wish someone would have been a "man".

Also..... did you see some of the people in the audience? They had the nerd boy and the crazy eye lady and some other wacked out folks in there.

The crowd was a wierd looking crowd. All of the talk about being a maverick is bullshit, unless you start kicking some serious ass and stop looking like a politician. Clearly Obama is exactly that, but I really thought we would get a taste of a pissed off McCain ready to get it on, and I couldn't have been more wrong.

Obama will win the presidency, and I do NOT like it at all. McCain has one last chance to strap it on, and God I hope he does.

Obama says nothing better than most people say something. Most people are impressed by not what you say, rather how you say it. That is a shame. The stock market fears Obama and so should your 401k.

After the debate our local news station sent a reporter into a local nursing home to get the retirees reaction and take a vote by show of hands. In a pathetic Liberal news attempt to sway it's viewers opinions, all of the elderly in the room voted resoundingly for Obama- what did they expect? It was so bad and so unbiased it just made me wonder why they were wasting the viewers' time. It was like a free ad for Obama.

It's over. McCain is the living dead.
The sad part is that the economy is in such a bad state that when Obama gets into office it is bound to rebound, for which he will get credit even though it is just the normal cyclical trend. It HAS to go back up. The war is basically won, troops will start coming home and he will get credit for "bringing the boys home" despite his efforts to undercut the financing of the war and his opposition to the surge. All the white liberals can feel so good about themselves voting in a black man despite his complete lack of any experience to hold the office.

We are doomed.

If Obama raises capital gains taxes, the market will not go up, nor will the economy recover. The last president to raise taxes during a recession was Herbert Hoover.

McCain disappointed me deeply last night. I don't think the debate had any clear "winner" and because of that I don't see how he will over come the lead Obama seems to be pulling away with. Fawk
