Fox having problems
It would seem that FOX broadcasting is having a problem here in the north east. Currently they are transmitting 'Buffy' reruns. there are problems in the transmission with the encoder/decoder jumping frames. This could be due to gop, or due to power problems in the HE. Interseting. If anyone else is able to please check your local broadcast and see if it to is doing this. This is not for work, just a tad curious.
