The joke is I have a Corvette, Wrangler and a motorcycle. All of them have the same wave BS. Wherever I go I am constantly waving at people. Its funny, when friends ride in my cars they think I know everybody as so many people are waving. Gets old fast.
When I drive my Viper, Corvette owners see me coming down the road and start to wave. When I get closer they realize its a Viper and quickly stop waving and look away in embarrassment.

I knew I was at the corvette forum when I saw at the top "Don't miss the deadline to register to vote for Barack Obama". That was all I needed to see. Nuff said.
One of the main reasons I sold my Z06 four years ago was the extremely high percentage of total douche bags that owned Vettes. Not only were the meets and cruises like an AARP convention, but they actually thought that their Vettes were the ultimate race car and everybody is just envious as shit of them. There is no more delusional car group than Vette owners.
Then when I saw a Viper for sale locally I couldn't sell the Vette fast enough.
That can be said for any group of narrow minded car enthusiasts. No matter what auto they prefer it's the best. Which is fine but I also know alot of viper guys are the same way. They will sit and argue that their bone stock whatever year Viper is the fastest car in the free world and nothing can ever possibly beat it. I went from F bodys to mustangs to vettes and now a Viper and they are in every car culture so far. So fuck'em most of the keyboard racers are douches. Truth stings a bit I guess.
