After the other recent post of Eagles tickets at almost $200 a pop, I thought I'd share some of my oldies but goodies......$10-15 each.....
The Who, Rush, Queen, Aerosmith, Heart, Devo, B-52's, David Bowie, Van Halen numerous times, Sammy Hager, the Kinks, INXS........all only $10-15 a ticket in early 1980's.....same price for a concert t-shirt too......
anyone got other oldies but goodies to share?
Screw paying $200 a ticket, and another $100-$200 for dinner and parking, so $500-600 for a concert? I'll buy the Blu-ray DVD and see it over and over...

i usually got to 2-3 shows a year and always pay at least 300/ticket. but id rather get decent - good seats a few times a year and just be done with it
I saw Rush on their very first US concert tour. It was at a honky-tonk in San Antonio called Randy's Rodeo in 1975. Best as I recall, the tickets were only $6.50. I paid 10x that much to see Pink Floyd on the Division Bell tour. It was without doubt, the best concert I've ever seen - and I've seen a LOT of rock concerts.
