Her condition is grave, nothing short of a miricle will save her is what her doctor said. Full liver failure with no hope of a transplant. Sad part is she doesn't even know, doctors are leaving it up to me to tell her she's going to die. I think ignorance is bliss.
Thanks to all of you, I will be by her side in her last days.
Wow Ron, I'm so sorry. A good friend of mine called me yesterday morning to tell me that his mother's cancer had spread and the pronosis was not good at all. I just didn't know what to say but be strong and hope for the best. We all care a lot and if there is anything we can do, even just lend an ear to listen, we are here.
Damn Ron... sorry man, that's a tough call to make. I do know that, as long as my loved ones were around me, I wouldn't want to know I wasn't going to make it... in some cases, ignorance is bliss.
I hope she pulls through...stay strong buddy.
Prayers sent, but if you believe that they will help then you owe it to her to tell her so she can get her relationship with God straight. Its never too late! Good luck to you and her! My prayers are with with you both.
I know you have brought a ton of hapiness to her Ron. For whatever the deep reason she is in too much pain to live sober. If it is too late for her atleast their may be some comfort in knowing she will be free from the pain she has been trying to escape. Prayers sent..
