Hey guys,

I hope this is the right place for introductions, I couldn't find any other sections for it.

Right now i'm 22, in college, and well I love vipers. I hope I can own one in the future. I look forward to learn more about cars in general on this website, as I dont know a lot about them right now.

So i've got a question if you guys dont mind. Right now i'm trying to save up for a C6 vette. I really want a convertible but my question is why are the convertible prices through the roof as opposed to the coupes? I've tried asking on other forums but their almost always empty/dead. I haven't talked to any dealers yet as I'm not close to having the money I need for the down payment yet.

I dont know why your panties are in a bunch, internet warrior. Yes i'm a college student. I actually have a decent job because I worked hard during college and have almost all my loans payed off. My financial situation isnt exactly up to par with obviously most of the members on these forums, but i'm the type of person who is happy and thankful for every penny I have.
