I have never seen anyone bitch so much. Maybe you are right Toast we should leave Kenny here to post. After all how many people would deplete their life savings and retirement account to build a Viper and then admit to it. He sounds like the kids who come in here trying to afford a Viper before they buy their first house. Maybe to some he is entertaining

I understand his intent, but everyone here has heard his side (quite a few times) and needs to let it rest. Rest assured what you are posting is not effecting where we get our cars tuned.

Actually Macedo or one of his agents follows my every post where ever it may be even if Larry or Wendy no longer post here.

On the other hand, Richie, the more you bring up this kind of stuff, the more people talk and word of mouth will soon have everyone checking out what you are talking about and when people choose wisely, Macedo Motorsports will no longer exist.

Maybe I should do a ban poll on you so Macedo Motorsports will continue to exist so Larry can return the $35,000 he owes me - and that's not counting $2,500 sales tax...yet. I would prefer to settle this privately and never think, talk, and post anything about the Macedos again, but they choose to not choose wisely.

may be so. but if i lost 30k, and didnt have shit to show for it i would be pissed.... this isnt the way I would handle it tho... this isnt the morge where you cant even say some tuners name...

Guess what shit happens. I got fucked over by a very well known tuner, but you don't see me making a post every week about it. If you got screwed, use the legal system, not the board. I lost more money than 35k you're talking about. All you're going to do is stress yourself out over it. Posting on the internet about it everytime you get a chance just makes you look like an idiot. It probably won't help with your legal issues either.

I don't want to tell you where to get your Viper tuned - you can tune it anywhere you want.

Most Viper owners haven't heard of this, be it VCA members or just Viper owners in general. Surprising, but true.

I think you have to ask yourself how you would feel if you got screwed so badly by a tuner/builder.
In a way, he has been succesful in his endeavor. After seeing what happened to his car, I would probably never take any business to Macedo.

I agree, but there is a right way to do this and then there is what he is doing now. Granted he did not get what he paid for, but he should only be re-hashing his experience if there is a subject matter that involves someone looking for a tuner as that would be relative to the subject matter.

To post a "Happy Birthday" post just to remind everyone of what happened to him? Dude, just let it go...this should not be all consuming in your life. Settle it legally, and have the comfort in knowing that your story is out there about what happened and the damage has been done.
