Of course Asain gangs are the fastest rising sect, theres no one else left. The black and mexican gangs are fucking huge already, so the only race left to excel in the "gang" population is Asians.
While white gangs do exist, they offer so much humor that no one really seems to mind them.
There is a bigger minority population than the white population in America now, you combine the black, mexican, and asian population of course that's going to outweigh the white american's on welfare.

What ever race you are there will alway's be a few bad apple's that get publicity. Those few bad apple's aren't bringing the black people down, I don't know where you live but the black families that I know are living very comfortably. How do they make a living at this? I am fucking serious! How does one get paid to do what they do, what is their position description? Are they just assholes that hide behind religion as reverends of a church, start shit, point out how evil the white man is and need money donated to the church that they are part of to keep pointing that out? Are they the paid advocates for the black race (notice I did not write "African American", as they were not born in Africa...so enough of that shit too!)?
She would also like the weather reports to be broadcast in 'language' that street people can understand because one of the problems that happened in New Orleans was, that black people couldn't understand the seriousness of the situation, due to the racially biased language of the weather report.

Read Sdaddy's post you'd be surprised on how they get paid. They get paid by different organization's to show up and they get paid to leave. They travel free eat free their hotel's are free, I'm not condoning it one bit but that's what they do and they do a good job at getting under people's skin.
