Road King+Rocky Mountain National Park=A GREAT DAY
Riding a Harley Road King in the Rocky Mountain National Park was something I always wanted to do...today was a good day....the weather was perfect and it was cold on top.
I was up in the Dillon/Frisco/Keystone area last week and noticed all the dead trees. Thousands of them. Apparently they're having bigtime pine beetle problems.

Yep it's a big problem up here right now.....today is another 300+miles in mountains......sure beats 100 degrees in Oklahoma...LOL.
Nice pics Walt! It reminds me of my cross country trip a few years ago from Maryland to California to Mexico and back to Maryland on my Road King. 9000 miles in 30 days. There's no better way to see the US than on a bike IMHO. Be safe!
Another 300 miles in the mountains......I saw an elk chase a coyote today....had to stop to let a bull moose cross the road......you just don't see those thing in Oklahoma.....WOW this was great fun and would recommend to all a motorcycle trip through the Rocky Mountain National Park.
