id have liked to see my buddy try it when we were that age, id bet he could. the fucker was 100 pounds soaking wet maybe and small. but could ride like nobody else. guys twice our age couldnt keep up with him....
By "issues" I meant more along the lines of "what track would allow this to happen?", "Is it a hoax maybe, rider IS wearing a full suit, cant really tell his age".............etc etc.....
Now THAT is teaching the kid responsibility...........I have no problems with the parent doing that.
It's a controlled environment and not the kid showing off to his buddies in some parking lot somewhere, and if he has the maturity and talent (who knows, he could of been riding since 5-6 years old)
I know some kids that are more mature at 15 than 40 year olds, and some 50 year olds that act 20, and some 30 year olds that act like they're 70.
Lifes short, play hard. good for the kid to have supportive parents.

Thats cool. I also was motorcycle dragracing when I was that age. I was smaller than him. At age 17 I broke the world record for world's fastest no wheelie bar bike. I went a 7.2@195 mph in the 1/4. It went 4.7 @160mph in the 1/8th......All before I graduated High School. HA

The reason they are testing him out is grudge racing. Fly weights are a big hit among motorcycle grudge racers. With the bikes being so weight sensitive, a rider that can handle a big bike that is light is worth gold in that world.
I have a guy driving from chicago in August. Claims to have the worlds fastest street tire bike. He has a rider that is 130 suited. There are a line of guys waiting to run him at my track. I'm renting an ATM that day.
