Being persistant is considered to be a good personality trait in almost every scenario, even this one.
Political discussions are often "heated" because there is no agreeing on anything most of the time, just exchange few thoughts along with few jabs in an attempt to add something different other than tuner-bash and "pay-ban" threads.

I'm not a towel head, but what does it matter if he IS a muslim? Does it make him not worthy of a canidate? Islam is the largest religion in the world.
The point is that he does not seem to be standing up for whatever he truly believes in.
Is he a Muslim? He should say, "I AM, and I don't believe in Jesus"
Is he a Christian? He should say "I AM, and I don't believe in Mohammed"
Is he the antichrist? He should say "I DO NOT believe in Israel"
The point I make in all of this is that both Democratic candidates have been proven liars on multiple occasions. Common posted a video of McCain speaking of his belief in God. He admits that he feels that is the religion that should lead this country. I personally agree, but the point being that Obama lies about his background, his beliefs, his family, his church, etc... Who could ever vote for someone that has been busted this many times? Hilary got busted for her dramatic dodging the bullets reenactment of her trip, yet Obama has done far worse multiple times. Who could possibly think that he could be our Commander in Chief? Do we have that many idiots in this country?
The sad thing is that people even care about his religion. What if their were rumors about Mccain being Jewish.

I think you're missing his point. If there were rumors about McCain being Jewish he would have no issue coming right out and saying "No, I am not Jewish", while Obama is double talking. Politicians backtrack on their statements a lot, but what's more scary is one who won't own up fully to a question one way or another. If he would come out and say "I am Muslim" then next week said "I am Christian" I would just think he is another batty politican like the rest of them, but when he won't answer either way and is very sly about it then that is a little worrying as it is as he has something to hide or is not proud of his stance.
Just like last election, I think there is some pretty dismal choice in the candidates both republican and democrat, but since I'm forced to choose between the two I'll go with the one who can give me a yes or a no whether I agree with him or not.
