That was amusing. He has valid points on the light bulb debate. Maybe we can get Common to step in on this one.

He's too busy posting photos of adolescent girls in his never-ending quest for rep points.

That's why I really like Ted Poe,he tells it like it is! This light bulb B.S should surprise no one though, this is the same Government Entity that passed a Law requiring no more than 1.6 Gallon per flush toilets, now we have to flush Twice half the time, good going Congress. (No wonder their approval rating is lower than President Bush!)

The guy has great points. Fuel is high because China is "the largest" consumer. Then, we force our money on the littlest of things like light bulbs to China. All the while, the dumb fucking Democrats sitting in Congress are clueless.

He sounds like a no bullshit guy with great points. I would nominate the dude laughing in the background for VP.

That is ludicrious..

I watched the House Senate hearing/debate yesturday on CSPAN. The discussion was regarding unemployement. Democrats want to pass a new bill. Where someone can work just 2 weeks. Quit and recieve 12 months of unemployement benefits. Regularly you have to work at least 20 weeks. The Democrats think that this is the way to help boost our economy and blanket the high gas prices. Im not sure if this applies to all states?
Anyhow, I liked what some of the Republicans had to say though. Which was, we need to hurry the fuck up and drill more oil on our soil. And not be so dependant on oil from Middle East. And that they were against this bill that the Democrats want to see moved forward.

send $10 every week for 10 years to a memorial fund in the names of the victims.
It's a start. But I'd rather drunk drivers pay, for the remainder of their life 50% of their income to the victims.
