Very sad, especially for his family. One of my favorite personalities.
He wasn't feeling well in the morning but no further details. I wouldn't be surprised if he was having some chest pain but thought it was heart burn or was in denial as so many are. The lesson is if you have pain or pressure anywhere near your chest get evaluated asap. Some day they will have defibrillators in most public places that anyone can use.
