What a dumb ass. Not even copper, friggen aluminum. The wire is called ACSR, Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced. Had he not killed himself it would have taken forever to cut through the steel reinforcement with that friggen hack saw.

Here's another "well done" move.
Here's some filthy bats that tried to steal some wire. Apparently they'd been trained by a more observant thief to do their dirty work.
