Bullshit Lawsuits
FOXNews.com - Parents to Sue Maker of Metal Baseball Bats Over Son's Injury - Local News | News Articles | National News | US News
What the fuck is up with people these days? This kind of shit just pisses me off. I feel for the parents, I really do. But blaming the manufacturer of the baseball bat for their sons
ACCIDENT is so fucked up, it's pathetic. Goddammit people, just lock your fucking kid in a bubble if you feel this way. Then you can sue the bubble manufacturer when your kid turns out to be complete fucktard with no social, acdemic or athletic skills. Sheesh...now my blood pressure is completely out of whack.

I have been advised that I'm not at liberty to discuss that suit during pending mediation.

Might as well sue the gun manufacturers too. Its sad how sue happy some people are. I understand the family doesn't have the money to pay for the care needed but.....Seems the best thing you can do if you have a successful business is hide the outward apearance of money. That helps ya fly under the radar atleast.

It's no different then when they are awake, really. You just gotta be sure to use extra vaseline. Sometimes they dry up pretty quick...

I think the baseball glove manufacture may have some explaining to do as well. If they made a good quaility glove - surely he would have cought the ball negating the whole incident.

Really, couldn't the problem have been avoided if the parents hadn't procreated?
