Might as well sue the gun manufacturers too. Its sad how sue happy some people are. I understand the family doesn't have the money to pay for the care needed but.....Seems the best thing you can do if you have a successful business is hide the outward apearance of money. It's no different then when they are awake, really. You just gotta be sure to use extra vaseline. Sometimes they dry up pretty quick...

I think the baseball glove manufacture may have some explaining to do as well. If they made a good quaility glove - surely he would have cought the ball negating the whole incident.
