May 12, 2008 — Yesterday at approximately 9:41 PM, Troopers assigned to the State Police Barracks in Holden responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on Route 190 North in West Boylston that resulted in two fatalities.
Preliminary investigation by Trooper Hari Arisetty indicates that a 2003 Dodge Viper being operated by an adult male was traveling north on Route 190 in West Boylston, approximately one mile prior to Exit 5, when it lost control, struck the jersey barrier on the left side of the roadway, veered across the travel lanes, struck the guardrail on the right side of the roadway and came to rest wedged underneath the guardrail. The operator of the Dodge sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene. An adult female passenger also sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene. Neither was wearing a seat belt. Their names are being withheld pending proper notification.
Although speed appears to have been a factor, this crash remains under investigation with the assistance of the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section and the State Police Crime Scene Services Section. The West Boylston Police and Fire Departments and MassHighway assisted Troopers at the scene.
I know it wasnt a smart move to not wear a seat belt, but please be kind with what everyone says about the crash. I grew up with the family that was involved with this terrible accident and they left so much behind such as multiple businesses and children that I've known ever since I was born. My mom and the two parents were best friends and everyone is taking it pretty hard, they were a great group it is very sad to see such tragity happen to them, where there was nothing wrong with the family they were just so happy and i wish they could be brought back...
This has to pass any stupid lines I have ever said or heard of on the Viper board..Two people die and this guy says Karma?...
When was the last time you stuck your fingers in a moving blender to trim your nails? How 'bout the last time you chopped jalapenos in your greek birthday suit and then scratch yourself like an excited monkey?? Same fucking thing.... Not wearing your seat belt is a bonehead move and tempting the hand of fate, don't be surprised when that hand squishes you. They are lucky they didn't hit and kill anyone else on the road, that would have been a tragedy.
listen you fucken idiot...This is a serious post about two people that died. You come on here with your sarcasm remarks...First off the seatbelts wouldn't have done anything, second you come and make a remark that low about people that died? That could have been your brother or sister..You dumb shit..FUCK OFF AND DIE...
You know..All kidding aside. All the years I have been on this board and the last one, you
took the prize for ASSHOLE.. I think you are tied with smokin on this ..I'm just amazed how
cold anyone can be and make post like that. This family is hurting big time and you make a
dick subject about how he wasn't wearing seatbelts and how lucky they are that they
didn't kill anyone else..Where you there?Did you know the exact cause of the accident?
was it the guys fault? All of a sudden you know it all. Stereo typing the guy because he
had a Viper and it wa shis fault..What apiece of tool you are..Well KARMA DOES COME
AROUND.YOU MIGHT FIND SOME BIG GREEK APE FUCKING YOU IN THE ASS ONE DAY...
THEN YOU CAN SAY IT WAS KARMA FOR NOT WEARING YOUR THONG ON CORRECTLY.
I'm not "stereo typing" anyone. I'm saying they were stupid fucks for not wearing their seat belts. It doesn't negate the fact they were good people, or left behind people that loved them, it's two separate issues. I know all the pussification of late has left you questioning the state of the alley, but this is still AG, fucking grow a pair Tony. Sad for their loved ones, yes.... Tragedy???....no.

Stupid fucks??? Is that what you think of these people? According to the one article they apparently opened some school for kids? Where I come from people like that are remembered FONDLY and with COMPASSION!! I didn't know these people but I wish I had. You on the other hand, will likely not be missed when you are gone.

Ribbon cutting ceremony from last week. Michelle and Todd Marsh ( the deceased) are the second and third from the right in the picture. Very tragic.

So by that rationale, someone who does volunteer work for the homeless, yet catches their wang in the zipper, isn't a tard?.....because they do volunteer work?? Follow this train of thought, you can be a good person AND an idiot. You can be a mentor to underprivileged midgets and a drunk driver. You can build homes for the poor and forget the insulation. etc.... While we as people are not products of a single decision, we are accountable for them.
So we'll agree to disagree that wearing seat belts flies in the face of Darwin and just leave it at, they were good people who died. Done.
Point in the end here is two people lost their lives in a car we all love. Another point is "WHY" were they not wearing their seatbelts? Were they drinking?
A shame. This is a case where everybody looses. RIP
EVIL, how can anyone say "Karma", just cause you dont where a seat belt doesnt mean that you deserve to "die"....death is permanent "Evil" , it's not as if they killed someone and was fleeing from the scene....that would be considered "karma" you dumb-A
well i know i left a few things out, but yes for the whole debate it was a 2003 viper. And they had sold the car to someone and the day after the crash the guy who bought the car was suppose to come and pick it up from the house...even with that all said i wish the outcome of the crash wasn't so terrible because it hurts to see the family the way they are in their current state
