This is pepper our newest addition to the family. He was a stray that kept coming around our house over the past few weeks. Yesterday he showed up with a bad cut on his leg, so we loaded him up and it was off to the vet. Even while in pain, he was the most lovable dog. By the time we got to the vet we had decided to keep him. We got him vaccinated, sewed up and brought him home. So far he's getting along great with our other dogs. He's a beagle mix and the vet thinks he's about 1 year old.

Hey NOMAN...Cool looking MALTESE..We had a female version and she was great dog..She got to live 16 years and my Pom passed away a year ago at 18 years..
Nice, now he's got a good home. We rescued a kitten from the scrap metal yard, litter came in with some metal, only two made it. We had to bottle feed it as it was just born, and now, he's the coolest cat (though psycho stalking the dogs and pouncing on them or wacking the shit out of them out of nowhere lol). I never liked cats till this one. I've never seen a cat like him, he loves it when I play rough with him like he's a dog.

Just cause a beagle showed up at your doorstep does not mean it is a stray. I had a beagle when I was a kid and he continually wandered off and could not find his way home. We would put a lost ad in the paper and someone would call and we would drive across town to pick her up. Dumbest dog we ever owned. Happened over and over and over. Dog finally died at 16 when she was run over by a car while sleeping in the middle of the street.
There is a jack russel that has appeared at our track. The track employee's have made him the new mascot. Last night he ran on the starting line, not cool haha. So far he seems good.
I'm stilling waiting for my fence to be built to bring the cane corso home!

He had come and gone from our area over the last few months, had no collar, was borderline emaciated (underweight), and generally looked un-cared for. Now if some kid comes crying for their dog, I'd probably have to return him, but only after convincing me he'll be properly cared for. I can't stand irresponsible pet owners.
