Hip problems at one, wow that's not right. I don't blame you for blaming the breeder, he should be picking up the bills. Most breeders (I know mine did) give a 2 year hip guarantee in writing.

The vet saying it's the worst case he's ever seen, doesn't help me feel any better either.
