Early this morning going to work. It's not the first one I seen. Had to take picture..MAN IT LOOKS SO SMALL HERE IN NY COMPARED TO WHEN I SEEN IT IN GREECE...
I've seen a few rolling around San Antonio too. I read an article in Motor Trend the other day about how a Nissan Versa has more room, more power, and gets better mileage for ~the same cost.

I've seen a few here in the Boston area. In regards to mileage, the diesel versions get about 70-75 mpg, but do you think that they'd sell them here?
They are selling for about $4,000 above MSRP around here. They are available in a coupe and a convertible. I believe they have a 70 hp engine which makes them very slow. Might be fun for a while if you lived in a city and commuted several blocks. I would not want to be on the highway. You probably could drive under the trailer on an 18 wheeler and come out the other side!
I probably wouldn't own one, but I think they're kind of cool in an "out of the box" kind of way. It certainly tells the world you care nothing about pretentious excess....or leg room....people who don't play hacky sack...hemp soap... or women who won't shave and bathe.

If the entire society started using small cars then I could see using this as no problem. But when you get a 350 heavy duty ford right up your ass and slamming you, then there is a problem here.No way would I be driving this in America...
Tony, if you wish to go that route as described, then there would be need for seperate roads and highways for commercial vehicles. The thought of everyone conforming to one idea, lifestyle, or standard borders the thought behind communism.
I actually own one, they are 3 cylinder turbo engine, fills up with 14 dlls if you use 91 octane and they are pretty roomy, top speed is 90 mph and they are a pain in the ass to make oil changes since all parts need to be special order.

COMMUNISM??wtf ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? I just said if a 350 Ford truck pulled next to me I wouldn't feel safe driving that little shit..What does communism have to do with this?
WAR SOMEONE DIDN'T TAKE THERE MEDS THIS MORNING....BOOYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

You should sit in one - I'm 6'4", 240 and I have more room than in most 'normal' cars I've ever sat in.
that's the problem CS...It's such a small motor that you have this leg room.Once you get into an accident see what happens to your feet. That motor will be on top of your legs..
