I agree with you. Its not fair nor is it right what Wesley Snipes has done. I don't think that sending him to prison was the right punishment. We are ultimately the ones who suffer because of dipshits like him. I would have gave him the choice of paying a large fine or prison I guess.
As far as the girl, the fact is perception is reality. What is America going to percieve out of this? Sex, because sex sells. Thats all fine and dandy but they shouldn't use kids to sell their magazines. Thats wrong IMO.
My problem with that is girls her age see her as a role model. Then girls her age think it is ok to dress like that. He should be shot for not doing a better job of protecting his daughter. In the end we, as parents, have to teach our kids not to do such things. I am always telling my 12 year daughter to put more cloths on. She just don't understand.

As for Miley Cyrus...I can see how the pics happened but I don't agree with it. She's too young to be showing off anything, IMO. She's doing some serious backpeddling in the media today as she's previously been a "clean cut" role model for young'uns.
I completely agree, I can't believe that her dad allowed her to take photos like this. Whenever we first look at the pictures we think " Sexy Picture with no clothes on with a sheet around her chest", then we realize how old she is. I think that picture should be taken down.
Miley is a role model for sure and I think this was not a wise situation to put herself into. For those of you that don't think that this is a problem..... imagine if this was your 15 year old daughter posing in the same picture. It wouldn't happen with my daughter that is for sure.

They did'nt look 12..but I have shot w/girls that were 12-14 yoa for high fashion Mag's...semi nude stuff, editorial stuff. She is supposed to be a ROLE MODEL...the other girls are only known in fashion, not the real world...AGREE 100%...
