My Brother in law will be moving to Dallas, Texas to do a internship at 24 hour fitness at 700 N. Harwood. He needs a place to live . By May 12 he needs to find a apartment or condo.
His internship will be for 3months, but plans on staying there and working and doing some more schooling. So he could be their for a couple years. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
Is he looking to just rent a room or something? I know some people in Dallas.
A room for the first three months would work, but after three months his girlfriend will be moving down their. So at that point he while want to rent or lease possible up to 2-3 years

I know it has nothing to do with this thread, but every post I read from you misuses them. It makes you look bad and makes people question why you have a Viper. 3 bed 3 bath, tile roof, wood floors, HOA dues paid, amities including pool, tennis courts, workout facilities and clubhouse. Frankfort & the tollway is a great location.
It's upscale and nice. $ 1,850 per month plus bills.

Thanks for the offer jeff, but i think its a bit out of line for him at this point.
Hes looking for a place in the $500.00 to 650.00 range for now, which is a lot to ask, I know. When his girlfriend moves down there, around October, November, they while probably want a 2 bedroom apartment or Condo. Much appreciated thought

Ya know, when people come on this site who don't have a Viper I really try not to question their motives. When you question his right to own a Viper based on his grammar I shake my head.

Frisco appears to be 25-30 miles away. What do you think drive time would be.
$500 to $650 a month near his work will get him a nie 400sqft apartment in some projects. He's gonna need a roommate if he wants to hit that price and find a decent place.
