This really depends on whether one of the girl's is driving the bus...I'm gonna say 10992, and that's only because I know of no adults that would carry a litter of cats in their backpacks all day long (assuming they are all children, and children cannot drive, therefore there would be one adult driver). However if this is some sort of cat smuggling operation and/or cult, then one of the girls could possibly be a driver, which would make it 10990...
