Never seen that before. I LOVE some of the new AMG MB models but they are so damn expensive that it would be difficult for me to ever justify buying one over some other actual sports car

Just buy one that is a year old with 2K miles on it for half price. At least that is what I have experienced with the last 4 I bought new.

Bought a year old CL55.Best car I have ever owned.

I find myself on e-bay weekly searching "amg" within 100 miles.

I'm willing to bet that it is highly under-rated. If you think that is expensive, the CLK63 Black Series is well over $100K.

I bought a new 03 CL55 for $138K, and sold it 3 years later for $52K. Even though the resale sucks ass, it was one of my favorite cars I have ever owned.
