Green card (conditional permanent residency) is automatic once you get the US
fiancee visa -which takes 6 or more months.. Longer if you marry in her country for some reason
Conditional Permanent Residency is automatic upon entry to US
Non-conditional residency aka Green Card - 2 yrs later
US citizenship - 1 year after that

So we're looking at about three years? Sounds reasonable. I had a serious relationship that lasted that long.
Is there such thing as an unbreakable prenup?

I've heard there isn't..in fact there are attorneys who specialize in breaking prenups.
Usually seen in high dollar divorce cases.
