Contrary to popular belief, there were not enough waist thrusting dance moves performed throughout his career to combat the inevitable. There was only the one minor bump in his appreciation for life when a plane he was piloting ran out of a certain combustible while enroute and crashed into the arizona desert. Plane was out of fumes even but the operators own fumes could have powered a small town. On a serious note, he has appeared in at least one of my all time top ten flicks. I wish him the best.

I have heard that he was given five weeks to live and I have heard that he is expected to pull through. I don't know what the truth is but I have heard nothing but nice things about him as a person. It is really sad to hear about one of the good ones going through something like this.
wow...this sucks..really.Cancer is one fucked up thing to go through. Having my father in law going through an operation on his lungs and then saying it was no cancer..It makes you think how fast life can be taken away...
Roadhouse is a GREAT flick. One of my fav's." I thought you'd be bigger"
Movie is near 20 years old now. And still great every time I watch it.. Damn, Im getting old.. 1989 was almost 20 years ago?? Hard to believe.. I just doesnt sound right..
Thats a shame. He always seemed like a decent guy. Not the typical "hollywood" type.. Wish him the best in his recovery...
Bummer. Though I did hear his doctor say his pancreas is mildly affected and he is responding well to treatment. I too loved Roadhouse and Ghost wasn't bad either. Seems like a good guy so if he does go it'll probably be the light from above that gets him, not the scary monsters from below.
