If you haven't seen the Jericho TV show, I highly recommend going out and buying the boxed set. It's a serial set in a small Kansas town the day nuclear weapons go off across America, with each episode slipping more into a chaotic post-apocalyptic America.
I think they only have 9 or more so episodes left and they are cancelling the series. It wasn't supposed to be brought back for a season 2 but fan outcry gave the networks just enough base to give it a little more. They said the only way we will get past season 2 is if tons more viewers came into the picture, which won't happen. Should make for some good episodes though!
I love that show. I was watching all the episodes online but the last few got jacked up on the site. its pretty scary to see how fragile our system really is if someone really took out washington and a few key places across the country.
