There are so many great jobs available here. I listened to a world class economist speak today and he said it takes about 3 years of great economic times in a given area before people start to migrate there, and we are past that. Not the prettiest place but it has it's own, high desert beauty. The other thing the economist said will slow people from moving here is the need and difficulty of selling their house where ever else they are in the country. Houses here are moving in a few days, with no signs.

Send that hottie down here! If she's halfway smart and attractive she can start at $50k for a secretary somewhere. Hell I need a personal assistant.
