Auburn @ LSU

The reason I watch college football, whata great game, and a shocking finish. LSU is lucky to escape with a "W". Four of the top 10 teams lost or had close games making this a real underdog season.

#1 Ohio State only defeated Michigan State 24-17
#2 Southern Florida lost to Rutgers 30-27
#3 Boston College did not play
#4 Oklahoma beat Iowa State 17-7 but was a closer game then the score
#5 LSU beat Auburn at home in a last second nail biter 30-24
#6 S. Carolina lost to Vanderbilt 17-6
#7 Oregon beat Washington handily 55-34
#8 Kentucky lost an exciting game at home 45-37 to Florida
#9 West Virginia beat Miss. St. handily 38-13
#10 California lost to UCLA 30-21

If you bet all the top 10 dogs you woulda hit 8 bets

.

Les Miles continues to shock me. Normal thinking would have been to call a time out and kick a field goal for the win.. I think he thought there was alot more time on that clock when he called the fade. SEC games are ALWAYS tough. Ask Spurrier about Vandy
Oh and BTW..... Geaux Tigers!

I totally agreed with going for the end zone. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that there was only 1 second left after that play. If that play had taken a second longer and was incomplete, then we wouldn't have even had a chance to kick the field goal. I love LSU football but I'm not for sure if being a fan is worth having high blood pressure. CHRIST, we have more talent than any team in the nation and we can't even beat Tulane respectfully.
