So I Paypal'd $25 for a silver membership (I'll upgrade if I keep the car longer than my standard 3 months) but didn't see where to put what its for in the Paypal. Who do I need to tell so they can properly apply it?

If you look at where the membership prices are listed, it says to put what the donation is for in the comment section when you Paypal, but I never saw a "comment" section. Normally you see that when you send someone money but this time was different, and it sent it in like two steps, so I sent it and didn't see where to put any info. Could very well be my fault.
Although we'll mock you for being stupid, you are actually correct.
When I upgraded my donation level a few months ago, I didn't see a "comment" section either.
