The A/C finally cooled the house down enough last night from a 114 80% humidity day, very rare for Cali to get alot of humidity. About midnight I hit the sheets and KABOOM, I can see my transformer outside my bedroom bay window blow up.
All the power goes out and the house turns into an oven again, I call DWP and there are 33,000 outages in 12 cities ahead of me. Brutal night and day, it was 111 today. 5pm the crew shows and takes 3 hours to fix. A/C is now on, ahhh life is good, unlike Clemson with 3 minutes left.

Listen here Mr. Freeze, you and I both know your transformer had nothing to do with your power outage! Try paying your damn bill on time for once would ya.

And you damn Cali guys call that a heat wave?!?!
Hell that's 6 months of typical weather out here!
Yup, but I have knowledge now and booted it right back up. The problem with Kali electricity is we (and the equipment) are used to dry weather and cooler nights. With this humidity at night the temp are in the mid 90s and only getting down to the low 80s. The transformer do not have time to cool down at night as per usual and the continuous load blows them out. Well at least I have a brand spanking new one now and the temps are going down to normal.
My AC went out yesterday in the West wing of my house. The East side AC was barely working. Sucks since I spend all my time on the West end of the house. I'm putting my homeowners warranty to work tomorrow.
But you know he did offer me the brochure on it, but I wasn't really convinced I wanted to spend my summer days down there. I herd you have to sign the paperwork and leasing agreements with your own blood and the owner is a real stickler if you're late with any payments. And lets just say you dont want to ever meet his " payment collection crew". Also no pets allowed in either.
With my five letter ticket...
This is where I roll in the summer months... No taxes, perfect weather all the time, all expenses paid and the food is out of this world, literally.
They even have a whole place set aside for pets too.
Here's a pic of Jesus, me on the right next to the girl and a few of my other friends hanging outside the kingdom in July, good times.
Pets...
Signed,
