My vacation with my new Nikon D40x
I just got back from Pebble Beach with my brother and BigCarrot. Unfortunately, it was my first voyage with my new camera and it took me several days to get comfortable with it. I'd do anything to have my first few days back so I could reshoot. I did play a little with the factory software to touch the pics up, but again, I'm a rookie there too.
Here are a few pics, obviously the few that I'm in I didnt take...

Awesome, must have been a great time!
Somehow I figure there has to be an interesting story or two that may not be appropriate for the forum?

San Antonio - I think I'm picking the car up on the 27th. Last time I was in Dallas I went to Suite and the House of Blues. It was just awesome!

Nice pics! I just got fitted for a new set of clubs last week and they will be done Tuesday. I can't wait to get out on the course and get some swings with them. Pebble is definately on my list of courses to play very soon.

I hate to say it, but I dont think it's worth the $475.00 if you factor in quality, but the history, views, and weather make it worth every bit and more. If you could only play one course and the history wasnt a factor I'd pick Spyglass over Pebble.

You're going to double the miles on it in the first week! Fuuuuuck making that drive any longer.

On top of the 1200 back to AZ. That's a lot of
psssssht psssht , ugly ass views, and no cruise control. Maybe one of the all-time most worst drives. Definitely not a cruise up PCH.
But, hey...maybe we can get him to put the Spurs' trophies in the trunk so y'all can check 'em out.
