So I wanted to finalize this. From what has been voiced there will be a gathering on the 6,7 in austin. I have also heard from MANY members who would much rather see the event in October so that TX will be cooler and they can rag on their cars harder. I still can get the group price at the Four Seasons but I need COMMITMENTS from those who wont back out of the deal. So if you can, please chime in. TEll me if you are in for sure, or if you would like a date change. If you would stay at the Four Seasons or will be seeking another place to live. I'll look into other accomodation options tomorrow.
OK, here is what I have decided to do. I will ask for a $30 dyno run donation per car (I have to keep upper management happy!) and you can have as many runs as you would like. In addition, I would like to bring in a catered lunch/breakfast, whatever works for the time frame you want to do the dyno runs. If anyone has any other suggestions, I will do what I can to accomodate.
I'm in - no Hotel needed. The date stands on September 6-7.
October is way too far out - you also need to need remember its college football season and we already planned around Saturday home games at tu in Austin.
I have to check my calendar at home. Something in the back of my mind tells me I have a potential conflict, but it might be later on Sunday. Probably don't need a hotel - it's only 50 miles.
I wouldn't need a hotel if someone would volunteer to put me up...I haven't wet the bed in weeks and my parole officer said he only needs a home phone number, proof of a recent UA (a clean one), and two personal references from any local law enforcement...Come on my Viper bros...Who's gonna step up?!?

I have several girlfirends that just moved to Austin from the Bay Area - I'm sure I can find you a place to stay - although it might be in the couch.
