GOOD JOB JUMPING THE GUN TIM
Three months have gone by and still no payment. At this point, it seems like this is my last resort. Maybe this "publicity" will finally make you do something. If someone else was in my shoes, what would they do? I know that I would want to be warned about something like this.
There is a simple solution to all of this. Pay what you owe, and we all can move on.

its ALWAYS buyer beware when it comes to price. just cause you're dumb enough to buy them at that high price, doesn't give you the right to NOT pay or jerk the guy around.
i wanna hear more of YOUR story.
like Kenny said, did you return them and or pay ? and after the time he says, it doesnt sounds like he jumped the gun
I know David and have worked with and talk to him many times. I have never had any issues with him whatsoever. I don't care much for some fucktard noob doing a "drive-by" genade throw. How about posting your details?
David is a stand up guy and does excellent work!! He has always been most helpful to me in anyway he can. Sounds like someone is jumping the gun or there is more to the story!
We actually had pretty good luck with David in the past. He would always send payment without any problems. Then in the beginning of November he sent a check for parts and it came back to us. We have been trying to get payment ever since. He has told us many times " I will ship the money tomorrow", still nothing. There was a good 1.5 months when we could not even get a hold of him, this is when I posted up this post:
I even called the dealership he worked at, but they said he no longer worked there. We finally got a hold of him by having one of our owners call from a different area code (Business is in OR, called from CA ) and gave him the option of just sending back parts (Which we are still waiting on, it has been almost 3 weeks ), but still have not received anything. The first tracking # he sent said that billing information received, then after a week said the shipment was voided (1ZV7T4890390027011). Then yesterday David sent me another tracking # for the parts he is sending back, I am awaiting the package to see what was sent.
After all of this, David emails me yesterday with this:
"I just wanted to thank you for posting such nice things .. Guess you didn't get the updated shipping info?? oh ,I sent a copy to my attorney
My turn
--
David Yelensky "
I have told David that after all of this I would tell anyone and everyone I knew about what happened so it doesn't happen again. I am hoping that he really sent back the parts and I can finally end this, but again, it did not have to come to this. If David just called and said he didn’t have the money right now, and worked out a payment plan, that would have been fine, but he dodged calls and lied about sending payment, which is not cool.
If I am out of line, please let me know. But at this time, I feel I should let others know about my experience so it doesn't happen again.

I know that it does seem like bash from a Noob, but it is justified. I am not a noob when it comes to forum discussions though. I know that there are people out there that will back up David, and before this incident, I would have too. I am pretty new to this forum, but one of our other owners has been on for a while (John Reed). While he does most of our tech help and tuning, I am the lucky one who gets to deal with situations like this. I know that there will be others that think the same way you do, and I understand. If this wasn't a story that needed to be told, trust me, I wouldn't have posted.
Don't you fucking confuse me with MBK again. I am not the one who posts pictures on the interweb of my high school age daughter posing in a bikini next to my car.

It has been a while, but I thought I would give an update...Still to this day David owes $468.39 and will not pay. It almost seems like a lost cause, but I will keep posting to make sure no one else gets screwed by this FLAKE !
Came across this thread by mistake but couldn't pass it up.
We purchased a Gen 2 crankshaft from David Yelensky over two years ago. I FedEx'd a check and he swiftly cashed it. Never received the crankshaft. He made several lame excuses but never followed through and never shipped the crank. It was 500 bucks but I didn't have time to follow up. I have brought his name up a few times regarding the story with others and found I wasn't the only one that had been had.
