Spotted this while out & about today, so I stopped to check it out.............

To me, it looks like a German version of a Chrysler trying to be a TT Audi. Wait a minute, it is!!!! I don't mind the looks of the car with the exception of the rear end being so stubby. I think it needs another 6-8" behing the rear wheels. The lines in the hood make it look like a van roof.

The hood is awfull. It looks like corigated tin(A-team style). This is the unholy spawn of when an unrully VW bug and an Audi tt gang bang a Mercedes. [img]/images/graemlins/puke.gif[/img]

I thought the rear spoiler only flips up at 55 mph and goes back down at 40 mph. I guess standing still that car looks fast. NOT

I forgot to mention that there is a BIG -time blind spot on the right due to the small quarter window & the roof pillar.

A lot of the components of this car are from the "Benz" side of the family (for a lot less money). It would be interesting to see a detailed report of how it drives.

I agree with MM, it looked a lot better in the concept version.

I think the car looks terrific having seen one in Chicago at last years Chicago Autoshow for 2K2. I'm disappointed in the lack of power however at $30K + I think its a bargain for the cars in its class.
