The Guy might be a douche, but F*K! can he build a bike! Check out his site where he uses the back tire rim as the sprocket to run the chain around. The bike looks completely clean and really advanced.

If you are injured in an accident, and require medical attention which prohibits them from administering a breathalyzer test - then yes. While you are at the hospital receiving care they will pull blood for testing.

That will be an element of the defense, but here in SC if you are charged with Felony DUI you MUST submit to either one or a combination of chemical tests for the determination of drugs and/or alcohol.
Anyone want odds that he had more than alcohol in him ?
