Matt lucked out of a loss being saved by the second round bell. BJ was having his way with him during the first two rounds.
No way was Matt getting out of the hold BJ had on Matt at the end of round 2.
Conditioning and a timely bell won the fight for Matt.

BJ did well, Matt would have got out of that hold eventually for the very reason you brought up. BJ's conditioning.

i think the bell saved BJ. he would have gassed out bad if he had to hold that submission attempt 1 more minute. great fight but im pissed BJ didnt have better conditioning. would of gone 5 rounds.
