Damn Eric that sucks made me itch just looking at it.
I went camping with my friends and his mom relieved herself in the bushes then proceeded to used poison ivy since she forgot the toilet paper.
I pulled a huge vine off a tree in our back; guess it had some kind of poison ivy in it. Freaking arm was gross - had to go to doctor. They gave me something that cleared it up in a couple dyas; but man that stuff just ate my arm up!
It itches so God-awful bad you can't believe it. My other leg has got some on it too but not as nasty. I'd give anything to take a metal wood-rasp and just go at it .... Ooooooooo gives me the creeps. Leg is itching just thinking about it.
I've been using this stuff called TekNu lately that's really good. It's a medicine that unlocks the Urushiol (poison ivy oils) from the tissue and lets you wash it away. Then I slather up with the pink Caladryl cream and that helps the itching a bit. I think it's going away now ... it looked way worse yesterday.
